About Aspire Beauty & Nails
- Montanna - Aspire Beauty & Nails Owner
My journey in the beauty industry began more than a decade ago, and what started as a passion has grown into a space that I’m incredibly proud of. Over the years, I’ve worked in and managed busy salons, built long-lasting client relationships and discovered how deeply I love helping others to feel confident, strong and truly themselves. A lot of our clients have been with me from the very beginning, and I’m so grateful for the trust they continue to place in me.
Life outside the salon has also shaped this journey. My partner and I built our home together, celebrated our engagement and welcomed our beautiful IVF miracle, Lotus. Becoming a mum, with another one on the way, has given me a whole new perspective on balance, compassion and the importance of creating a nurturing environment — all of which flow directly into the salon.
As the business has grown, I’ve been incredibly lucky to welcome Jade and Georgia into the team. They bring their own strengths, passion and experience to the space, and together we’re committed to giving every client a warm, thoughtful and empowering salon experience.
My vision has always been simple: to create a place where women feel amazing — inside and out. A place where you can switch off, feel supported, and leave with a little more confidence and a little more light.

Montanna - Owner & Senior Beauty Therapist
Montanna has spent more than a decade in the beauty industry, working in and managing busy salons while building long-lasting relationships with clients who value her warm, supportive approach. Her journey has been shaped not only by professional experience but also by life outside the salon, including becoming a mum to her IVF miracle, Lotus. This perspective influences the nurturing, calm environment she creates for every client.
With a focus on high hygiene standards, ongoing training and thoughtful, client-first service, Montanna leads Aspire Beauty & Nails with a clear vision: to offer a space where women feel comfortable, understood and cared for. As the team grows, she continues to guide the salon with compassion, skill, and a genuine passion for helping women feel like their best selves.
Jade - Salon Manager & Senior Beauty Therapist
Jade is our Salon Manager and a talented Beauty Therapist who began studying beauty at 17 and has now spent four years in the industry. She’s developed a strong passion for all things beauty, especially brows and nails. Since joining Aspire Beauty & Nails in February, she has grown remarkably and quickly become an integral part of the salon. Her support, dedication and warm presence make a real difference to our team.
Jade isn’t a coffee lover, but she enjoys a black tea with two sugars or a hot chocolate with one. Her go-to Aspire product is the Byron Bay Tan, which fades smoothly without going patchy. She’s the youngest of three sisters and spends weekends farming on her family's property.
Georgia - Beauty Therapist
Georgia joined Aspire Beauty & Nails in 2025 and brings a genuine love for all things nails. Specialising exclusively in nail services, she’s all about beautiful, detailed finishes and a calm, relaxing experience from start to finish. With a gentle nature, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in every set she creates, Georgia ensures that you leave feeling polished, confident and well looked after.
